Secret Lives Portrait Photograph No.1 / Series 1. (Everybody Has A Thing Exhibition 2026)

Between 2014 and 2020 Rebekah Sunshine travelled to, interviewed & photographed 100's of people who claimed to have secret lives or partake in secret activities.  Some of their secrets were sexual, infidelity or fetishistic in nature, some were about identity, unhappiness, mental illness or trauma and some were about private journeys through addiction, physical challenges or ambivalence to the things that 'should' matter.  Some of the people talked of just wanting fun adventures, to be seen, to play, to laugh, to explore, to rebel, to be themselves again.
